Daniel Romanelli's career in financial technology has taken him from the back office to the front, software and network engineering to product management and executive leadership, and has provided international experience within exchanges, broker/dealers, clearing firms and vendors. His prior experience includes senior roles at NYSE Technologies, Merrill Lynch, and Delta Risk LLC.
Dearbhla Solinger is an experienced manager, technologist, and sales person, responsible for vendor engagement managent at USAM, where she previously worked as a Senior Sales Executive. Previously at Intel in Europe and NYSE on both sides of the Atlantic, her broad cultural experience is a huge asset to the USAM team.
Claudio Sanniti is an I.T. Executive with 25+ years of stellar performance; successfully leading enterprise global customer accounts and engagements. He has a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the client experience - with a proven track record of building relationships in assisting to strategize, plan and execute solutions to address business needs and objectives. During an extensive career, he has successfully performed senior leadership roles in Information Technology at Major Financial firms (i.e. RBC Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets, Citibank, Merrill Lynch) in Toronto, New York and London.
Scott Gallagher is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive who has worked at a range of firms, including small start-up and large publicly traded enterprises. Individual producer, sales manager, product manager, and P&L owner are just a few of his former roles.
Jay Miller, SVP & Global Head of Sales, is both a consistently top performing technology Sales Executive and a natural leader. Ashley Daffin, Managing Director, EMEA, has been involved in capital markets from sell side, buy side, and vendor side perspectives since the mid-80s. Some of his recent experience includes roles at Thomson Reuters, HSBC, and Utilyx Risk Management. Ashley is based in London and is overseeing USAM's sales and marketing endeavors in the United Kingdom and Western Europe.
Anna Ikenson brings an attention to detail and a highly analytical sensibility that provides USAM's sales team with the information and support to deliver a great service. With a degree in Finance she also ensures the smooth running of USAM's daily business.
Mick Coffey is a seasoned executive with a over a decade of experience in the FX and Market Data arenas. Following his role as an SVP in HSBC’s global FX E-Commerce team, Mick worked for three years ITG, where he was part of a small team that created their Agency FX Desk. Mick is also a former employee of TIBCO, Thomson ILX, and Merrill Lynch.
David Hastings is a London-based sales veteran with a wealth of experience in the FX space. Before he started at USAM in January 2017, David worked at Tradermade as an FX specialist; before that, he held interim CEO roles at both Prime Mantle and BT Prime. Some of his other former positions include Head of FX Sales at Flextrade, Global Head of Strategic Relationships at State Street Global Markets, and Head of Relationship Management at Lava Trading.
